DURANGO, Colo. – Women's basketball head coach Lauren Zuniga has added a pair of dynamic players to her roster for the 2025-26 campaign.

Josie Davis | 5-8 | Guard | Owyhee High School | Meridian, Idaho
A four-year letterwinner in basketball at Owyhee High School, Davis joins the Skyhawks after capping off her prep career as a state champion. The guard was named Most Valuable Player at the state tournament and racked up numerous All-Conference and All-State awards throughout her career. A dual-sport athlete, Davis holds school records in the high jump (5'2), long jump (17'2), and triple jump (36'6).

Coach Zuniga on Davis: "We are so excited to have Josie join our team. Not only is she an amazing player, but she also exudes all of the intangibles that we look for with her leadership and ability to communicate. She's a 6A state champion who won tournament MVP and is a track star. She will make an immediate impact, and we couldn't be happier that she will be a Skyhawk."

Savanna Dotray | 5-11 | Guard | Sunrise Mountain High School | Peoria, Arizona
Dotray comes to Durango after four years of prep hoops at Sunrise Mountain High School. She earned four varsity letters while guiding her team to a 99-19 overall record throughout her career. Dotray was a two-time Defensive Player of the Year and a multi-recipient of All-Conference and All-Region accolades. She led her team to a state title and a state runner-up finish throughout her career. Dotray closed out her career ranked fourth in school history with 245 assists.

Coach Zuniga on Dotray: "Savanna is going to be a great addition to our Skyhawk family. She overcame a lot of adversity with an injury, and we admire her bounce back to have an outstanding senior year. She's a dynamic play and brings great size to our guard position."
