Competed in one meet…clocked a time of 5:45.71 in the mile at the Don Kirby Elite Invite (Feb. 14) to place 44th
 
Outdoor Track
Competed in four meets…raced in the 1500m and 5000m…picked up a personal best time of 18:51.13 in the 5k at the Maverick Invite (Apr. 3)
 

2023-24 (Sophomore)
Cross Country
Competed in four meets…member of the Skyhawks team that placed 20th at the NCAA DII Championships…established personal bests in the 5k and 6k…placed third in a 5k PR performance at the Gig Leadbetter (Sept. 29) with a time of 19:45.2…closed out the year with a PR in the 6k at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 18), placing 227th with a time of 23:06.5

Competed in three meets…raced in the mile, 800m, and 4x400m…had a season-best time of 5:31.59 at the Don Kirby Invite (Feb. 9) to close out the year

Outdoor Track
Competed in four meets…raced in the 5k, 1500m, and 800m…established three personal bests…had PR’s in the 1500m (4:53.09) and 800m (2:27.54) at the Willie Williams Classic (Mar. 22)…followed that up with a 5k PR time of 19:09.27 at the CSUP Open (Mar. 30)
