Prior to FLC: Berastegui was an All-Region selection as a two-year member of John Shores Broncos' boys golf team at Brophy College Preparatory... tied for fifth at the State Championships as a senior... prepped for his college career by capturing T-5 at The Thunderbird Invitational Presented by the Ping Junior Masters Series... also took 12th on a 216 (+3) at the 2025 American Junior Golf Association Junior Open.

Personal: Born August 8, 2007... son of Barbara and Miguel Berastegui... has one sibling, Eva... enjoys running and playing pickleball in his spare time... favorite music genres are Country and Rap... favorite foods include Mexican, pizza, and wings... intends on majoring in Business Economics while at FLC... when asked his favorite part about Fort Lewis, Berasegui shared, "Hanging out with the team and exploring new things!"
