HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Heritage High School in 2011 … All-California Interscholastic Federation honors … First team All-Valley, first team All-Sun Belt League and Riverside All-Star accolades as a defensive back … Second team All-Sun Belt honors as a running back … Also ran back kicks and punts … Team’s Most Valuable Player … Riverside All-Star selection … Recorded 96 tackles and two interceptions — both of which he returned for touchdowns — on the defensive side of the ball for the Patriots … On offense, he amassed 441 rushing yards and 194 receiving yards and eight more touchdowns … Averaged 28.5 yards per return on nine kickoffs … Also competed in track & field at Heritage.
