Biography

2025-26 (Freshman)
Ziemkiewicz enjoyed a quality freshman campaign, playing in 28 of Fort Lewis' 29 total games and making his collegiate debut in the second game of the season against Western New Mexico (Nov. 15)... amassed 448 minutes (16.0 mins/game) on the floor... played 20+ minutes six times... scored 84 points (3.0 pts/game) throughout the season on 49.1 percent (27-55) shooting from the floor, 40.6 percent (13--32) from the three-point line, and 56.7 percent (17-30) at the free-throw line... scored in all but six games... went for a career-high nine points at MSU Denver (Dec. 4)... brought down 56 rebounds (2.0 rebs/game) with 22 offensive boards and 34 off the defensive glass... had five or more rebounds on three occasions with a career-high six boards against New Mexico Highlands (Dec. 9)... grabbed 20 steals with five coming against MSU Denver (Jan. 31)... also made 20 assists with two in seven different games... also blocked five shots with a pair against Adams State in the RMAC Quarterfinals (Mar. 3).

Prior to FLC: Ziemkiewicz was a three-year letterwinner for the Leopards at Lovejoy High School... went 28-6 in his final season... was a three-time First-Team All-District honoree and was once named the District Offensive Most Valuable Player... also named UIL All-Region and to the Academic All-District team... twice knocked down the school record for the most 3-point field goals in a single game.

Personal: Born July 26, 2006... son of Kellie and Craig Ziemkiewicz... has one sister, Lily... enjoys playing golf and hanging out with friends... favorite musical artists include Lil Tecca, Gunna, and Drake... also a great cook who's favorite foods include steak and pizza... when asked his favorite part of Fort Lewis, Ziemkiewicz shared, "the Durango community,"... intends on majoring in Business Economics and Accounting while at FLC.
