2022-23: Saw action in 21 games for the Skyhawks... tallied 176 minutes to average 8.4 per game... scored 58 points while grabbing 28 rebounds to average 2.8 points and 1.3 rebounds per game... made 6 assists, 4 steals, and 1 block.

Western Wyoming Community College: Trost spent his 2020-21 & 2021-22 seasons with Western Wyoming... he played 34 games for the Mustangs... averaged 11.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game... scored 709 career points shooting .514 from the floor, .387 from the three-point line, and .811 at the free throw line... had 25 blocks and 35 steals as well... Trost was the second player in program history to score 1000+ career points and grab 500+ rebounds. 

High School: Trost was a two-year letter-winner at Woods Cross.
