Biography

2024-25 (Junior)
Coleman was a key role-player for the Skyhawks off the bench, making one start and playing in 30 games throughout the season... totaled the sixth-most minutes on the roster with 588 minutes (19.6 mins/game) on the year... supplied 156 points (5.2 pts/game) on the offensive end, including a career-high 16 points against Northern New Mexico (Nov. 16) on the back of a career-high three made three-pointers, and poured in 54 rebounds (1.8 rebs/game), 33 steals, and one blocked shot on the defensive end... also dished out 37 assists (1.2 asts/game)... shot 43.4 percent (53-122) from the field, 35.1 percent (20-57) from deep, and 68.2 percent (30-44) at the free throw line... nabbed four steals against both Northern New Mexico and Westminster (Jan. 11)... thrice scored in double-figures. 

Prior to FLC: Coleman played his freshman and sophomore seasons at the now-closed University of Antelope Valley (NAIA)... made eight starts across his 29 games played for the Pioneers in 2023-24... supplied 227 points and averaged 7.8 points per game while shooting at clips of 39.0 percent from the field, 24.2 percent from beyond the arc, and 70.1 percent at the free throw line... knocked down 24 treys and 47 free-throws on the year... hauled in 106 rebounds to average 3.7 per game while dishing out 85 assists to average 2.9 assists per game... also made 40 steals and blocked three shots... was twice named All-California Pacific Conference... helped the Pioneers to a sweep of the Cal Pac Regular Season and Conference Tournament Championships in 2023-24 alongside a regular season title in 2022-23... was also a four-year letterwinner at Bay Shore High School... was twice named All-Conference and thrice voted team captain... posted a career-high 48 points in a single game in high school and ranks eighth all-time on Bay Shore's all-time scoring list after only three seasons. 

Personal: Born January 9, 2003... son to Ebony Thomas and Perry Coleman... has one sibling, Davonte... enjoys bowling, playing video games, cooking, and listening to rap music including artists like Lil Durk... intends on majoring in Sports Management while at FLC... when asked what he enjoys most about Fort Lewis, Coleman shared, "The campus and the facilities are great."
