Skyhawk Notes

After averaging 16.5 goals in their first six games of the season, the Skyhawks have been held to six goals per game in their last three contests.

Fort Lewis has lost three games in a row for the first time this season.  Two of those setbacks have come against nationally ranked opponents - #13 Lindenwood University and #5 Florida Southern.

Top Ten - Several Skyhawks are ranked in the top 10 in the conference.  Senior attacker Ally Kvidera holds top 10 spots in assists per game (4th, 1.33), points per game (7th, 3.33), goals per game (9th, 2.00) and shots per game (9th, 4.00).

Jessica Norby and Marissa DiCecco also hold top spots in assists per game.  Norby ranks eighth in the league with 1.13 assists per game, while DiCecco is 10th overall with 1.11 assists per game.

Sophomore goalie Alyssa Spencer holds defensive statistics in saves per game (4th, 6.56), goals against average (5th, 8.76), and saves percentage (5th, .431).

Fort Lewis leads the league in ground balls per game with 24.78, which ranks them 10th in NCAA Division II.  They also lead the league and rank 23rd in DII in scoring defense with 8.57 goals allowed per game.  FLC's 4.33 scoring margin is the second best in the RMAC and 24th in DII.
