Fort Lewis heads into this weekend third in the RMAC with a conference record of 6-2.  
 
The Skyhawks are coming off a split last weekend at Western New Mexico.  After losing both games on Saturday (4-8, 2-5), Fort Lewis came back on Sunday for two straight victories (17-8, 9-0). Jeovanna Rios led the Skyhawks with three homeruns on the weekend, with all of them coming on Sunday. Kiley Racia pitched a complete game shutout on Sunday as well in a 9-0 victory.  
 
The five inning 9-0 win was the Skyhawks first shutout of the season.  
 
FLC's 17 runs on Sunday are the fourth most runs scored in program history.
 
Fort Lewis set several team highs against the Mustangs, including at bats (41), runs scored (17), hits (22), RBI's (15), and doubles (5).
 
After two weekends away from Aspen Field, the Skyhawks return home to play host to Chadron State College this Saturday and Sunday.
 
The Eagles have an overall record of 3-17 this season and a road record of 1-5. Chadron State is 3-5 in conference play this year. The all-time series leader is held by Fort Lewis, 12-10-1. Chadron State's all-time road record against Fort Lewis is 8-10-1. 
 
The Eagles are led by slugger Zoe Humphries who has four homeruns this season and 12 runs batted in. Pitching for the Eagles is Taylor Hall who has an ERA of 5.98 along with 45 strikeouts. 
 
Myndee Thompson is ranked third in the RMAC with a batting average of .485, Jeovanna Rios is sixth with an average of .449, and Missy Fundora ranks ninth with an average of .439. Thompson and Rios rank sixth in the RMAC for RBI's with 19.  Thompson is second in the league in hits (33), followed by Fundora's 29 (third).  Thompson's three triples are the third most in the RMAC, and her and Fundora's seven doubles are the sixth most.
 
Victoria Johnson will take the mound again for Fort Lewis. She has an ERA of 6.82 in 51.1 innings pitched this season to go with 23 strikeouts. 
 
Kiley Raica will get the start in the second game. She has posted an ERA of 5.42 this season in 51.2 innings. She has 24 strikeouts as well.  
 
This is the second weekend the Skyhawks have hosted RMAC play this season. ?
