The Skyhawks are coming off a near perfect weekend. Â The first day of the doubleheader against Chadron State was a sweep by the Skyhawks (5-2, 8-4). Fort Lewis came back on Sunday and suffered their first home loss of the season, 1-9. However the Skyhawks would bounce back to win the last game of the weekend (5-2).
Jeovanna Rios led the Skyhawks with three homeruns on the weekend.
Kiley Raica went 2-0 in the circle with a 2.00. Â Both Rios and Raica earned the RMAC Player and Pitcher of the Week awards, respectively.

The Skyhawks will get another full slate of home games this weekend with Regis and UCCS coming into town. Fort Lewis will host RMAC pod play this weekend with the Skyhawks playing in the first and third games each day.

The Rangers have an overall record of 15-7 this season and a conference record of 10-1 which is best in the RMAC. Regis is 2-0 in road games this season and are currently on a two game win streak. The Skyhawks hold an all-time record against Regis of 22-67 with a 10-27 home record.

The Rangers are led by slugger Delaney McGinn who is batting .366 this season with three homeruns and 14 RBIs. Pitching for the Eagles is Nicole Aviles who has an ERA of 4.11 along with 77 strikeouts.

The Mountain Lions have an overall record of 8-11 this season with a 6-8 mark in RMAC play. UCCS is 1-7 for road games this season. Fort Lewis is 34-52 all-time against UCCS and 17-21 in home games against the Mountain Lions.
The Mountain Lions are led by Dani Fonseca who is batting .413 this season with six homeruns and 47 total bases. The leading pitcher for UCCS is Stephanie Chitkowski who has an ERA of 4.82 to go along with 43 strikeouts in seven games started this season.

Myndee Thompson is ranked second in the RMAC with a batting average of .468,
Jeovanna Rios is fourth with an average of .443, and
Missy Fundora ranks sisxth with an average of .430. Rios is tied for third in the conference with 26 RBI's while Thompson ranks seventh with 23 and freshman
Tristen Gilbert is tied for eighth with 20. Â Thompson is first in the league in hits (37), followed by Fundora's 34 (third). Â Thompson's three triples are the third most in the RMAC, and her and Fundora's eight doubles are the fifth most.

Victoria Johnson will take the mound again for Fort Lewis. She has an ERA of 6.35 in 60.2 innings pitched this season to go with 27 strikeouts.
