The first game was a 20-7 loss at No. 3 Lindenwood University. Freshman
Taylor Cabrera scored five of the goals for Fort Lewis, including all four first half goals.
Sara McMahon and
Rebecca Miller rounded out the scoring with one goal each.Â
The second game was won 14-5 at Rockhurst University.
Rebecca Miller and
Ellie Carpenter led the way in scoring with three goals each. Â Freshman
Brooke Galle scored two goals on two shots.
Taylor Cabrera,
Megan Longtain,
Sara McMahon,
Mac Harper,
Nikki Fry, and
Becky Salamon all scored one goal to finish out the victory for the Skyhawks.Â

Fort Lewis will host Regis and CSU-Pueblo over the weekend for the first back-to-back home games of the season. The Skyhawks come into this weekend with an overall record of 7-3 and an RMAC record of 3-1. Fort Lewis is currently third in the RMAC standings.Â

The Rangers are one game ahead of the Skyhawks in the RMAC standings with an overall record of 9-4 and an RMAC record of 4-1. They are led on offense by Emily Behr who has 51 goals with 77 total points this season. Teammate Erin Steiner has 27 goals this season for 36 total points. In goal for the Rangers is Kenley Harrington who has 35 saves on the season and a win percentage of 80. Regis holds an all-time record of 13-0 against Fort Lewis with a 6-0 mark of games played in Durango.Â

CSU-Pueblo comes into this weekend with an overall record of 4-9 and a conference record of 1-3. The Skyhawks and the ThunderWolves have only faced off one other time with Fort Lewis winning 15-7 on March 15, 2015. CSU-Pueblo is led on offense by Allye Webb who has 25 goals on the season and 29 total points. Teammate Alix Zierden has 20 goals and 20 total points. In goal of the TunderWolves is Nicole Burkhauser who has 109 saves this season and has started 12 out of 13 games.Â

Should the Skyhawks sweep both RMAC opponents this weekend, FLC would host the 2015 RMAC Women's Lacrosse Tournament May 1-2, which is awarded to the Colorado team with the best league record.
