Taylor Cabrera led the Skyhawks with three goals.
Jam Vertner and
Ellie Carpenter both tallied two goals and teammates
Nikki Fry,
Rebecca Miller, and Katyne Mitchell rounded out the scoring with one goal each. Goalie
Ally Guerrero saved eight shots.Â
The second game was dominated by Fort Lewis with a 20-2 decisive victory.
Jam Vertner exploded for a career high four goals and two assists. Teammate
Ellie Carpenter was not far behind with three goals, one ground ball, one caused turnover, and three draw controls.
Nikki Fry,
Sara McMahon, and
Brooke Galle scored two goals a piece.
Megan Longtain,
Becky Salamon, and Marissa Mills finished out the scoring with one goal each. The goal scored by Mills was her first of the year.
Brie Walker saw action coming in for starer

Fort Lewis will host Adams State this Friday April, 25 at 1 p.m. in non-conference action.

The Grizzlies are 1-10 overall this season with an RMAC record of 1-5. Kendra Cheda leads Adams State in goals with 25. Her two assists and 27 overall points also lead the team. Danica Kristiansen will be in goal for the Grizzlies. She has 83 saves this season.Â

The Skyhawks are the third seed in the RMAC tournament and will face second seed Regis University on Saturday, May 2. Â
