Durango, Colo. | Dirks FieldAudioLive StatsVideoFour weeks into the season, the Fort Lewis College women's soccer team will play their first home match this weekend. The Skyhawks will play host to Colorado Mesa University on Friday at 12:30 p.m., followed by a Sunday match at 1 p.m. against Westminster College.

Fort Lewis is 17-13-5 all-time against the Mavericks, and 10-6-1 against CMU on Dirks Field. In their last 12 games, FLC holds a 9-1-2 against CMU, including eight shutouts over the Mavericks.

CMU enters Friday's game with a 1-4-1 overall record and a 1-1 record in RMAC games. They are 0-2-0 on the road this season.

Sunday's match against Westminster College will be the first time the two teams have ever played each other. The Griffins are in their first year as a full member of the RMAC. WC enters the weekend 4-1-0 overall and 1-1 in RMAC games.

Three Skyhawks netted their first goals of the season Friday at Colorado State-Pueblo.Â
Shayla Malecki's goal was the game-winning goal in the 3-0 win.Â

Against the Pack on Friday,
Caitlyn Espinosa made four saves to record her 24th career shutout. She became the all-time leader in career shutouts at Fort Lewis College.

The Skyhawks suffered a 1-0 setback Sunday at New Mexico Highlands. The Cowgirls scored on a corner kick with 15 seconds left in the first half.

The Skyhawks recorded season highs in points (6) and goals scored (3) on Friday at Colorado State-Pueblo. Two days later at NMHU, they tallied season highs in shots (10) and shots on goal (6).

Shayla Malecki leads the team in shots on goal (8).

Senior goalkeeper
Caitlyn Espinosa owns a 0.80 goals against average through six games, which is the sixth best GAA in the league. Her 30 saves are the third most in the RMAC, and her .857 saves percentage is the fifth best.

Courtney Riley leads the team in goals scored with two, both of which have been game-winning goals. She is tied for sixth in the league in goals, seventh in goals per game (0.33), and second for game winning goals.

As a team, the Skyhawks rank fourth in the RMAC in points (18), goals (7), assists (4), assists per game (0.67), and goals allowed (5).

Fort Lewis received 86 points and finished fourth in the RMAC coaches' preseason poll.Â

Junior midfielder
Jordan Hix was selected to the preseason team. A native of Albuquerque, Hix was selected to the 2014 All-RMAC Second Team. She saw action in 16 games last season and started 12, notching 31 shots (11 shots on goal).
