UPCOMING GAMES
The Fort Lewis College women's lacrosse team will open their home schedule with matches against No. 2 Lindenwood University (March 16) and Oklahoma Baptist University (March 18). Thursday's game will start at 4 p.m. while Saturday's game starts at 1 p.m.
NOTES
The Skyhawks won a 10-9 overtime thriller at CSU-Pueblo last Thursday night.
FLC was led by
Taylor Cabrera and
Rebecca Miller who scored three goals each. Miller's goal was the deciding factor as she put the ball in the net in overtime.
Brooke Gallee led the team with six ground balls and draw controls and three caused turnovers.
Daris Wienk leads the RMAC with 10.0 saves per game between the posts.
Kelli Warmouth is averaging 4.0 ground balls a game, which is first in the conference.
SCOUTING THE LIONS
The Lindenwood Lions, ranked No. in this week's IWLCA Division II poll, are 3-0 on the season (0-0 RMAC), and are the defending RMAC champions. Their last game was a 14-11 win against defending national champion Florida Southern. The Lions will also face Colorado Mesa University and Westminster in the journey out West this week.
Lindenwood is led by Rachel Benzing whose 3.33 assists per game and 5.67 points per game lead the RMAC. Sophie Buelow leads the team with nine goals. Shannon Modl leads the Lions with six caused turnovers and nine ground balls.
SCOUTING THE BISON
Oklahoma Baptist University is 2-3 on the season and 0-1 in the RMAC. They are coming off a 1-19 home loss against No. 19 Regis University.
Lauren McCormack's 24 draw controls lead the RMAC and has eight goals on the season to lead the Bison's offensive attack. Allison Ingram leads the league with 11 caused turnovers and has also added 14 ground balls.

FLC will host No. 19 Regis University to end a three game home stand next Sunday (March 26) and hit the road Wednesday (March 29) to face Colorado Mesa University.
