Softball games at MSU Denver Canceled

DENVER, Colo. – The Fort Lewis College and Metropolitan State University of Denver Department of Athletics have announced the cancelation of Monday's softball doubleheader featuring games three and four of the series due to snow and freezing temperatures.

The Skyhawks were originally scheduled to play today at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at MSU Denver's Assembly Athletic Complex. Plans for a makeup date have not yet been announced.

Fort Lewis is back at home this upcoming weekend for a four-game Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference series against Black Hills State University (4-20, 4-20 RMAC). The Skyhawks and Yellow Jackets will play a pair of doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday, Apr. 1-2, with 12:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. start times respectively.
