Matchup with Eastern New Mexico, day three of West Texas A&M Invitational canceled

CANYON, Texas – Fort Lewis College softball's fifth and final game of the West Texas A&M Invitational, originally scheduled to take place on Sunday, Feb. 11, at 10:15 a.m. Mountain Standard Time has been canceled out of concern for freezing temperatures and blizzard conditions in the forecast.

The Skyhawks were originally scheduled to take on the Greyhounds of Eastern New Mexico (7-1) at Schaeffer Park. FLC's 7:15 p.m. tilt on Saturday night against No. 4 West Texas A&M (6-1) has been moved up to a 6:00 p.m. start time.

Now, Fort Lewis looks ahead to the start of its Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference schedule against Colorado Mesa (2-4) on Feb. 17-18.
