DURANGO, Colo. – Despite a tough 1-1 weekend up on the rim, the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team has held onto its top 25 national ranking, sliding one spot to No. 19 in the latest edition of the United Soccer Coaches national poll.

Fort Lewis had an up-and-down week at home, first defeating the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference leader and then-No. 22-ranked University of Colorado Colorado Springs (7-4-3, 5-1 RMAC), 3-1, before suffering a 5-0 loss to then-No. 23 Colorado State University Pueblo (6-1-7, 2-1-3 RMAC).

The Skyhawks will enjoy a bye early this week, before embarking on a stretch of four and a half matches in 11 total days. First, Fort Lewis will host Colorado School of Mines (2-6-4, 1-4-0 RMAC) for its final regular-season home match as well as senior day this Sunday, Oct. 26, at 1 p.m. The Skyhawks will then play roughly 40 minutes of action on Tuesday, Oct. 28, at 6 p.m. in Lakewood, Colo., to wrap up its rescheduled continuation of its match (Oct. 3) against Colorado Christian University (2-8-2, 2-1-1 RMAC) that was suspended due to inclement weather.

Finally, Fort Lewis will complete its final three regular-season matches on the road at South Dakota Mines (6-4-3, 1-4-1 RMAC) on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 5 p.m., then at Regis University (4-5-3, 2-2-1 RMAC) on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m., and lastly at Adams State University (1-11-1, 0-6-0 RMAC) on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 12:30 p.m.
