RMAC Runner of the Week honors go to Hartwell

DURANGO, Colo. – Senior Hannah Hartwell has added Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Runner of the Week honors to her list of accomplishments in week one after also being named the National Runner of the Week on Monday.

Hartwell was show stopping at the Joe I. Vigil Invite, earning a personal best in the 5k and establishing a new meet record with a time of 16:49.3. She guided No. 15 Fort Lewis to a second-place finish behind No. 1 Adams State and ahead of No. 6 CSU Pueblo.

Fort Lewis continues its preparation with two weeks of training before heading to Denver for the annual Roadrunners Invitational, hosted by MSU Denver at Washington Park.
