DURANGO, Colo. – For the second consecutive week, the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team is capturing votes in the United Soccer Coaches' Top 25 National Poll, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon.

Fort Lewis (10-5-3) is coming off a 2-2 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference quarterfinal draw with South Dakota Mines (8-5-5), in which the Skyhawks punched their ticket to the semifinal round after edging the Hardrockers in penalty kicks, 4-3. William Bretvik and Iver Høihjelle scored goals, and Lucas Martin saved two penalties from the spot to cement the win.

The Skyhawks will now face No. 2 nationally ranked and second-seeded Colorado State University Pueblo (13-0-3) tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. at Art and Lorraine Gonzales Stadium in Pueblo, Colo.

As of Tuesday, Fort Lewis is also 10th in Super Region 4 and 34th nationally in the Division II Men's Soccer NCAA Power Index (NPI) rankings, which outline the potential field for the 2026 NCAA Men's Soccer Championship. The national tournament will feature 40 teams in total, with 10 from each super region.
