COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Fort Lewis College men's soccer team has been voted for a third-place finish on the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Preseason Coaches' Poll, the league announced on Tuesday alongside its Preseason All-RMAC teams.

Fort Lewis captured 75 points, earning three second-place votes and two third-place votes, trailing only Regis University with 85 points and defending conference champions the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with 100 points. Head coaches were not permitted to vote for their own teams.

The Skyhawks carried a 9-4-4 overall record and a 5-3-2 mark against RMAC opponents last year and landed six individuals on the 2025 All-RMAC teams. Francisco Pinto is the highest-returning point-contributor for Fort Lewis, with the five-foot-eight midfielder putting up six goals and six assists for 18 points last year. Raul Baptista Filipe, a five-foot-ten midfielder, tacked on another goal and one assist for three points a season ago. Both individuals captured All-RMAC Honorable Mention honors in their first seasons on the rim.
