Biography

2024 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Played in five games for Fort Lewis... made 15 completions in 29 attempts (51.7 percent) for 128 yards with a pair of interceptions... averaged 8.5 yards per completion and 25.6 yards per game with a quarterback rating of 75.01... made a season-long 35-yard completion at Chadron State (Oct. 19)... had a career-best 50 percent (5-10) completion percentage (min. 10 att.) for 24 yards against Colorado Mesa (Oct. 26)... totaled 10 rushing attempts for -44 yards... registered a career-long seven-yard carry against the Eagles... also made his first career tackle, a solo stop, against #16/14 CSU Pueblo (Oct. 12).

Saw action in eight games for the Skyhawks... completed 15 passes in 46 attempts for 151 yards and three interceptions... owned a 32.6 percent completion percentage and averaged 10.1 yards per attempt and 18.9 yards per game... went 7-for-25 (28 percent) in his collegiate debut on the road at William Jewell (Sep. 2) in the season-opener for 99 yards and two interceptions including a career-long 38-yard completion... also had 14 rushing attempts for zero yards... was a perfect 2-for-2 off the bench at #15/17 Western Colorado (Nov. 4) for 25 yards... earned Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention from the National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter. 

Prior to FLC: Spent one season at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and utilized a redshirt season while sitting behind his older brother Josh Jones who holds multiple program records for the Braves and now serves as the running backs coach at Fort Lewis... was an All-Conference selection and Co-Conference Player of the Year as a senior at John T. Hoggard High School... threw for 2,200 yards and 21 touchdowns on 195-of-281 (69.4 percent) passing... also played basketball and earned All-Conference honors in track & field. 

Personal: Son of Allison and Brian Jones... has two siblings, Josh and Ella... enjoys going to the beach, and watching the Jaws movies, and is a Los Angeles Lakers and New England Patriots fan... also loves pizza... intends on majoring in Sports Administration while at FLC.
