Biography

2025 (Redshirt Sophomore)
Francis saw action in 10 games for the Skyhawks and started in the final eight games of the season, including his first collegiate start at South Dakota Mines (Sept. 27)... tied for the fifth-most tackles on the roster with 37 in total, including 14 solo and 23 assisted tackles... developed into a strong force up front for Fort Lewis, racking up 3.5 tackles for a combined 16 yards lost with 2.0 sacks for 12 yards lost... posted his first half a tackle for loss against Black Hills State (Sept. 20) and first sack against #7/5 Western Colorado (Oct. 4)... led the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference and ranked 4th in all of DII with four forced fumbles on the year... forced five quarterback hurries, including a pair against Adams State (Nov. 1)... posted a career-long 11-yard strip-sack against Chadron State (Oct. 18)... went for a career-high seven tackles on three occasions, and most recently, at New Mexico Highlands (Nov. 8)... forced a fumble in four consecutive games from Oct. 4 to Oct. 25... registered half a tackle for loss in five games... had two or more tackles in eight games and four or more tackles on five occasions.

2024 (Redshirt Freshman)
Appeared in five games for Fort Lewis... recorded three total tackles, including two solo and one assisted... made his first collegiate tackle with an assisted take-down at Black Hills State (Sept. 21)... tallied a career-high two solo tackles vs. Colorado Mesa (Oct. 26).

2023 (Freshman)
Played in one game and made his collegiate debut for the Skyhawks against #1/1 Colorado School of Mines (Nov. 11)... did not record any statistics... utilized a redshirt to retain a season of eligibility. 

Prior to FLC: Letterwinner in football and baseball at Central High School... named the football Team Captain... earned First Team All-Region and First Team All-District honors at linebacker... earned Second Team All-District as a defensive lineman... recorded a career-high 17 tackles against Trevor Browne High School. 

Personal: Born December 31, 2004... son of Zandra Osuna... has two siblings, Anthony & Vanessa... plans to pursue his degree in either Marketing or Business... enjoys listening to Nas, Kanye, and Drake... when asked about what drew him to Fort Lewis College, Francis shared, "The campus and the location."
