Box Score PUEBLO, Colo. – Four different Skyhawks found the back of the net late Friday afternoon to give the Fort Lewis College men's soccer team a 4-0 win at CSU-Pueblo. The win improves the Skyhawks record to 7-5-1 overall and 4-5-0 in the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. The loss drops CSU-Pueblo to 1-11-1 overall and 0-8-1 in the RMAC.
"They played very well," said Fort Lewis College head men's soccer coach
Oige Kennedy. "They were really solid. It was nice for them to keep a clean sheet today which was important."

Fort Lewis took a 1-0 lead before halftime when
Austin Derksen clipped the ball down the line to
Luke Lawrence. Lawrence picked up the ball from 30 yards out and booted the ball in to the top corner to beat the keeper.
The Skyhawks had an opportunity to take a 2-0 lead on a penalty kick, but the ThunderWolves keeper made a save to keep the Skyhawks lead at 1-0 entering halftime.
Early in the second half,
Artur Piperkov assisted
Jordan Alexander in the Skyhawks second goal of the game. CSU-Pueblo's goalie came out of the box to challenge Alexander who then lifted the ball over the keeper for a 2-0 lead.
The Skyhawks third scored of the game came by way of Derksen.
Maik Brandt fed Derksen the ball from 22 yards who finished with a goal and his third point of the game.
Fort Lewis's fourth and final goal of the game came from
Johannes Sander who headed in a goal off of Zack Lawrence's corner kick.
The Skyhawks will play four of their final five regular season games at home. On Sunday, Fort Lewis will play host to Regis University at 3:30 p.m.
