Fankhouser's 2022 Progression
It's no secret that Fankhouser was built to compete on the biggest stages. A world-class freestyle kayaker, she has traveled the world representing Team USA in international competitions. Riddled by injury early in her Skyhawks career, the junior is now healthy, and it shows in her performance this season.

Scouting the Championships Field
Fankhouser's 11th-place finish at the NCAA Division II South Central Regionals two weeks ago is a good indicator of how she will fare at the Championships. Competing in the most elite running region in the country, she has put herself up against the nation's top contenders heading into the grand finale.
