Lambos earns week nine RMAC Setter of the Week honors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Following a pair of wins at the Power Pod, junior Natalia Lambos has been named the week nine Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Setter of the Week, announced by the league on Monday.

Lambos coordinated a dynamic offense en route to two wins for Fort Lewis. She totaled 82 assists for a 10.25 assists per set average. In the win over UCCS, she distributed the ball as well as she has all season, leading three players to double-digit kill numbers. In addition to her setting ability, the junior was clutch defensively. Lambos earned a career-high 18 digs in the win over UCCS, followed by 12 digs in a win versus South Dakota Mines. Her 3.75 digs per set average ranked second on the team over the weekend.

Her defense at the net was notable as well, and she racked up five blocks (four against UCCS). Lambos now ranks fifth in the conference with 9.60 assists per set (1.50/set better than 2022). This season, Lambos has recorded seven double doubles to bring her career total to 15.
