Senior (2021)
Made just one appearance for the Skyhawks. 

Junior (2020)
Played in just one of the two abbreviated spring games... made two solo tackles... returned one kick for a four-yard gain. 

Sophomore (2019)
Started all 10 games for the Skyhawks... finished with 45 tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss... made one interception and defended four passes... Helms also added a team-high three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery.

Freshman (2018)
Played in two games for the Skyhawks... made one assisted tackle.
