Biography

2024 (Redshirt Freshman)
NFFCC Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention
Burst onto the scene as a power and lead back for the Skyhawks, making ten starts while playing in all 11 games... led all running backs with 64 carries for 327 yards and one touchdown... was taken down for a combined loss of nine yards all year, giving the Alaska native 318 net yards... posted averages of 5.0 yards per carry and 28.91 yards per game... made a career-long 46-yard carry for his first career touchdown against South Dakota Mines (Sept. 28)... also finished with a career-high 11 carries and 81 yards against the Hardrockers... ran for 50+ yards on four occasions... made seven receptions out of the backfield for 54 yards with a career-long 16-yard reception against William Jewell (Aug. 31) in the season-opener... made a career-best three catches at Black Hills State (Sept. 28)... earned his first nod to the National Football Foundation Colorado Chapter Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention Team. 

2023 (Freshman)
Did not see any action for the Skyhawks... utilized a redshirt to retain a season of eligibility. 

Prior to FLC: Was a four-year letterwinner at Thunder Ridge... named the 2022 Team Captain and tabbed with the Top Husky Award... earned All-State honors at running back and outside linebacker... finished as the runner-up for the Defensive Player of the Year... recorded a single-game career-best 337 yards on 25 rushing attempts. 

Personal: Son of Angela Boyd & Craig Porter... has two siblings, Jayden and Karli... plans to pursue his degree in Engineering... enjoys lifting weights, hanging out with friends and family, fishing, and listening to rap and R&B music... when asked about some of his favorite parts of Fort Lewis College, Johnson shared, "The location, degree options, and football program."
