Biography

2025 (Freshman)
Kercher enjoyed a quality freshman campaign, appearing in six games for Fort Lewis... finished second among specialists on the roster with 26 punts for 1,104 yards and one touch back, seven fair catches, five punts inside-the-20, and five punts of 50+ yards... averaged 42.46 yards per punt, and belted a 78-yard punt in his collegiate debut against #7/5 Western Colorado (Oct. 4), which stood as the sixth-longest punt in NCAA DII... boasted a 50-yard average with three punts for 150 yards at New Mexico Highlands (Nov. 8)... set a career mark with eight punts for 333 yards (41.63 yards/punt) at home against Chadron State (Oct. 18)... also completed his first career passing attempt for 10 yards on a trick play against Colorado School of Mines (Nov. 15). 

Prior to FLC: Kercher won three varsity letters across his four years as a member of the Islanders football team at Mercer Island High School... named a Max Preps Special Teams Player of the Year... earned a pair of First-Team and Second-Team All-League honors... posted a career-long 62-yard punt and went 50-for-51 over his career in point-after attempts.

Personal: Born October 22, 2006... son of Linda and Jeff Kercher... has one sibling, Eli... enjoys skiing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, and golfing... listens to a variety of house music and his favorite food is sushi... intends on majoring in Marketing while at Fort Lewis... when asked his favorite part about FLC, Kercher shared, "the access to the outdoors."
