Biography

2025 (Freshman)
Recorded 11 starts in the circle among with one relief outing for 12 total appearances... tallied 47.0 innings from the rubber and earned a 2-7 record... owned a 6.40 earned run average (ERA) with a 2.15 walks-plus-hits-per-inning-pitched... tossed four complete games... ranked third among Skyhawks with 31 strikeouts... surrendered 47 hits and 47 runs, 43 of which were earned, in 189 at-bats... walked 40 batters, and hit another five batters... made three wild pitches... allowed three sacrifice flies and six sacrifice hits... threw a complete game and earned her first collegiate win, with only one walk and one earned run allowed, against Vanguard (Calif.) (Feb. 1)... also set a career-high with four assists in four chances against the Lions... tossed her first complete-game shutout and had a career-high six strikeouts alongside four hits allowed in a 9-0 rout of Adams State (Mar. 23)... went five or more innings on four occasions... tossed a career-high 125 pitches against Black Hills State (Apr. 18)... threw a complete-game career-low 99 pitches against Vanguard (Calif.) (Feb. 1)... made eight assists and one putout with one error in ten chances for a .900 fielding percentage... had one opposing runner caught stealing. 

Prior to FLC: Gavigan was a four-year member and letterwinner of the Campo Verde High School girls softball team... posted 21 wins in the circle as a junior... was voted the team's Most Valuable Player... tabbed as a First-Team All-Region product... struck out 194 batters her senior season and posted three no-hitters.

Personal: Born July 13, 2006... daughter of Jamie and Sean Gavigan... has one brother, Cole... enjoys working out, hanging out with friends, most music genres, and Chik-Fil-A and Panera Bread... intends on majoring in Exercise Physiology while at FLC... when asked about what she enjoys most about Fort Lewis, Gavigan shared, "The town of Durango, the local community, and the Fort Lewis campus."
