2025 (Junior)
RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll
Barta started in all 11 games for Fort Lewis, extending his starting streak to 19 consecutive games... bolstered the offensive line, helping the Skyhawks average 302.7 yards of offense – the most by a Fort Lewis team as well as the first +300-yard average since 2017... named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll for the first time in his career... did not record any statistics. 

2024 (Sophomore)
NFFCC Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention
Settled in as a mainstay in the Skyhawks offensive line in the heart of the season, playing in nine total games while making eight consecutive starts to close out the year... helped Fort Lewis improve its rushing game to 125.8 yards per game, marking a +60.3-yard improvement from the season prior... earned his first nod to the National Football Foundation Colorado Chatper Academic All-Colorado Honorable Mention team... did not record any statistics.

2023 (Freshman) 
Played in five games on the offensive line for the Skyhawks... made his first collegiate appearance against New Mexico Highlands (Sep. 16)... did not record any statistics.

Prior to FLC: Barta was a four-year player for Mountain View High School... All-Region in football... Second Team All-State in wrestling... First Team All-Academic in wrestling.

Personal: Born March 8, 2005...Son of Brenda & Chad Barta...has one sibling...intends to major in Computer Information Systems at FLC...enjoys snowboarding, dirt biking, and hanging out with friends...when asked about his favorite aspect of Fort Lewis College, Barta shared, "I personally love the environment and the people I'm surrounded by. These people will push me to be better every day!"
