Biography

2025 (Redshirt Freshman)
Delap competed in all 11 games for Fort Lewis and made his first collegiate start in the season finale against Colorado School of Mines (Nov. 15)... registered 25 tackles for the season, including nine solo tackles and 16 assisted tackles... picked up his first career sack and forced fumble with a seven-yard strip sack against #7/5 Western Colorado (Oct. 4)... finished two 2.0 tackles for a combined eight yards lost... forced his second fumble against Chadron State (Oct. 18) and recorded his first quarterback hurry at #11/11 CSU Pueblo (Oct. 11)... ranked sixth in the RMAC and 97th across DII in forced fumbles... twice matched his career-high with four tackles against William Jewell (Aug. 30) and Chadron State (Oct. 18)... ranked ninth in total tackles, sixth in sacks, and 10th in tackles for loss among Skyhawks... had two or more tackles in eight games and went for three or more tackles on five occasions.

2024 (Freshman)
Appeared in two games for the Skyhawks... utilized a redshirt to retain a season of eligibility... made his collegiate debut in the season-opener at home against William Jewell (Aug. 31)... made a career-high four tackles, including three solo, against Colorado Mesa (Oct. 26)... finished the season with four tackles. 

Prior to FLC: Delap was a three-year letterwinner at Rocky Mountain High School... was a two-time All-Conference selection at defensive end and All-Conference honoree at offensive tackle... voted team captain... three-time Academic All-State Honorable Mention... made seven tackles and three sacks in a single game... also played basketball. 

Personal: Born July 19, 2005... son of Elizabeth and Deven Delap... has three siblings, Jorden, Meela, and Morgan... enjoys playing video games and listening to music... intends on majoring in Sports Management while at FLC.
