Tom Gordon, a four-year starting defensive back on the Raider football squad from 1978-81, earned first team All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference honors three times and NAIA All-America honorable mention once during his career.

He owned school records for most interceptions in a career (24) and a season (9 in 1978), most fumble recoveries in a season (5 in 1978), and most fumble recoveries in a single game (3 vs. Southern Colorado in 1978). In fact, at the time of his induction, he had 10 more career interceptions than any other player in school history.

Gordon graduated from Fort Lewis College in 1982 with a bachelor's degree in geology.

Tom and his wife, Lisa, reside in Palmetto Bay, Fla.
